DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

 

* 50% non-refundable deposit on Accommodation per hunter and observer to secure the booking and secure the hunting dates

* Balance on accommodation due 30 days prior to arrival
* Balance of trophies due one day prior departure
* In an event that Limpopo Big Game Safaris cancel the hunt at any time, all deposits will be refunded
* Deposits are non refundable and will be forfeited if the dates cannot be re-booked or re-scheduled
* By negotiation, dates can be re-scheduled to the next season at the next season's pricing
* All prices are subject to change.
* Due to continuous fluctuations in international exchange rates we retain the right to adapt prices accordingly
* No refund of fees will be made if client does not complete the safari and leaves before the end of the contracted period or in the case of late arrival
* Receipt of deposit is an acknowledgement that the client read and accepted cancellation - refund - responsibility clauses

* Final bill to be settled in cash or credit card on the last day of the hunt. (No exceptions will be made what so ever)

*All permit fees to be paid on confirmation of approval and are non refundable even in an unsuccessful event
